Q - Why is there a wait period before my sale is posted?
A - The application must be perused to confirm that the submission conforms
with the conditions of and the intent of this website.
Q - What does “Preferential Positioning” mean?
A - When a merchant requests his sale listing to be located in a particular location
or position on the website.
Q - What is the cost for Preferential Positioning?
A - The merchant will be charged 5 cents per view and 25 cents per click,
Canadian (CAD) currency.
Q - Are there any other hidden costs or fees?
A - No
Q - Are there any charges or fees if the merchant chooses not to have Preferential
Positioning?
A - No, there isn’t a charge for a standard listing.
Q - Can anyone list a sale?
A - Any legitimate, established merchant may list one or multiple products
or services as long as it is legal and conforms to community moral standards.
TorontoOnSale.com reserves the right to refuse any listing which in its
opinion does not conform with the general intent and purpose of the website.
Q - If a merchant chooses Preferential Positioning and has a sale running and
wishes to de-list his sale from the site, is he entitled to a refund?
A - If there is a positive balance in his account the merchant will receive a refund
for any unused portion upon request. Otherwise all sales are final.
